Robot stops working suddenlySuction power is weak

This may appear for several reasons, please check:

- if robot is trapped or stuck on an obstacle.

- if the battery level is too low.

- Please reset and restart the robot and test it for a few times more.

Suction power is weakRobot makes abnormal noises

This problem often shows up when the cleaning of the different parts of the robot. Please undertake cleaning the whole robot such as:

- Check if any obstructions are blocking the suction inlet.

- Empty and clean the dust collector thoroughly.

- Clean the filters with a cleaning brush.

- Check if the filters are wet due to water or other liquid on the floor. Air-dry the filters completely before use.

If the issue still remains, please contact the seller directly for a further solution.

Robot makes abnormal noises

This problem often appears when there are hair or hard objects stuck in the side or central brushes. Please check the following actions:

- Remove the hair off from the side brushes and central brush.

- Empty the dustbin and wash the filters and dry out.

Robot accidentally keeps hitting everything hard

This problem happens when the sensors are either defective either dirty. Please check the following solutions :

- Remove everything on the front bumper and wipe it clean with a dry cloth

- Wipe the sensors located on the bottom of the robot with a dry cloth

If the issue still remains, please contact the seller via Amazon for a further solution.

Robot accidentally falls from the stairs

This problem happens when the sensors are either defective either dirty. Please check the following solutions :

- Remove everything on the front bumper and wipe it clean with a dry cloth

- Wipe the sensors located on the bottom of the robot with a dry cloth

Robot accidentally runs backward even there is no obstacle in the front

This problem happens when the sensors are either defective either dirty. Please check the following solutions :

- Remove everything on the front bumper and wipe it clean with a dry cloth

- Wipe the sensors located on the bottom of the robot with a dry cloth

Robot accidentally powers off after leaving the charging station

This problem often appears when the battery is either defective either discharged.Please urdertake the following action

- Fully charge the battery for at least 5 hours then try again.

If the issue still remains, please contact the seller directly for repair/replacement.

Robot accidentally fails to start cleaning after leaving the charging station

How to reset my Robot

To reset the robot: Simultaneously pressing the Recharge and Spot button on the robot for 3 seconds until you hear a beep. Then you need to reconnect your BG800 to the WLAN.

To restart the robot: Switch off your BG800 and fully recharge it. Then restart it again.

Errors Signals

Flashing red indicator light, two beeps

Cause:Robot’s bumper is stuck.

Solution:Tap robot’s bumper several times to dislodge any debris that may be trapped underneath.

Flashing red indicator light, three beeps

Cause:

• Robot’s drop sensors are dity

• Robot is stuck on the ledge of a staircase and cannot reverse.

Solution:

• Clean the drop sensors gently with a dry cloth.

• Place robot in a new location.

• Use a ohysical barrier to block off the problem area.

Flashing red indicator light, four beeps

Cause:Robot’s power level is too low.

Solution:Manually charge robot for at least 5 hours.

Solid red indicator light, one beep

Cause:Robot’s left/right wheel is stuck.

Solution:Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris from the left/right wheel.

Solid red indicator light, two beeps

Cause:Robot’s side brush is stuck.

Solution:Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris debris from the side brush.

Solid red indicator light, three beeps

Cause:Robot’s suction fan is stuck.

Solution:

• Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris empty the dust collector.

• Make sure the suction inlet is not blocked by any hair or debris.

Solid red indicator light, four beeps

Cause:Robot’s rolling brush is stuck.

Solution:Turn off robot and remove any hair or debris from the rolling brush.

Flashing blue indicator light(while charging in the station), continuous beeps

Cause: Any robot's internal component is damaged.

Solution: Please contact the seller directly for repair/replacement.
